Arbor South is an ambitious mixed-use development that promises to transform an underutilized part of Ann Arbor, Michigan into an iconic and impactful neighborhood. Residents and visitors arriving from I-94 will be greeted by a community environment featuring multifamily buildings and hotel space, complemented with office and retail options. OUR STORY
By reimagining and reinvigorating the southern gateway to Ann Arbor and turning what is currently a series of open parking lots into a vibrant new mixed-use neighborhood, Arbor South sets out to give this part of the city a dramatic and distinctive new aesthetic identity.
PROJECT TEAM
The project team unites Ann Arbor-based Oxford Companies, an established integrated real estate investment firm that now manages and leases more than 2.6 million square feet in the greater Ann Arbor area, with Dublin, Ohio-based Crawford Hoying, experts in mixed-use real estate development with more than $2.5 billion in completed and active developments. Lord Aeck Sargent, a Detroit-based, award-winning architectural and design firm, provides an authentic approach to architecture alongside Ann Arbor-based Midwestern Consulting, which is offering expertise in civil engineering for the project.
